Not only did they promptly return the documents I had accidentally left behind, but they also went above and beyond to accommodate us when there was an issue with one of the lifts, offering us a new room without any additional charges. the ironing facilities were top-notch, ensuring we looked our best for our Italian adventures. the soundproofed rooms allowed for a peaceful night's rest, despite the bustling city outside. This establishment truly exceeded my expectations in every way, making my stay unforgettable.
